Language Arts/Reading

Six Traits Writing:Ideas, Organization,Voice,
Word Choice, Sentence Fluency, and Conventions

Reader's Workshop: Students will be reading
and responding to various genres in their
Readers Notebook.

Grammar: Students will be working on parts of speech,
punctuation, and incorporating it into their
work in all areas.

Spelling/Vocabulary: Students are using the
Houghton/Mifflin program for spelling and vocabulary.


Everyday Math

Students will learn about geomety,number theory,
computation, estimation, multiplication, division,
 decimals, fractions, algebra, and percents.


Science

Students will study about plants,the earth,electricity,
and weather.

Social Studies

Students will study about map and globe skills,New Hampshire,
the New Hampshire Primary,and regions of the United States.
